The 7-course tasting menu was an unforgettable emotional experience: colorful antipasti, delicious lobster cappellacci, a melting otoro, surprising peas, a tender entrecôte, an astonishing parsley dessert, and a wonderful dessert with rhubarb and strawberries . A symphony of flavors and colors that enchanted our taste buds!

But that's not all ! Chef Massimo Piedmonte, a true kitchen magician, has been nominated for the prestigious Lauriers de la Gastronomie québécoise 2023. His diabolical talent and creativity are found in every plate, taking you on a journey beyond the boundaries of taste.

The only small downside we noted was the volume of the music, which could have been lowered slightly to facilitate conversations between guests. However, the friendly and attentive service of the staff compensated for this slight inconvenience.
