If you're looking for an elegant, romantic restaurant with exceptional food, you won't be disappointed at Marconi. We were lucky enough to dine on the terrace last year, but this time we opted for a more sophisticated dining experience by choosing the 5-course tasting inside the restaurant.

We were warmly welcomed and started our evening with delicious cocktails at the bar. Although the service was a bit spotty, with our waitress being distracted at times, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The dishes arrived at a perfect pace, and the wine suggestions by the glass were particularly interesting and well-paired with the dishes.

The flavors and textures of each dish were delicious, and the presentation was also superb. The menu perfectly reflected the freshness of spring, with local and seasonal ingredients. Our couple's evening was unforgettable thanks to the intimate and sophisticated atmosphere of the Marconi restaurant.

Although we were satisfied with our meal, we think the establishment could improve their service to provide an even more memorable experience. Our waitress was friendly and professional, but we noticed a lack of coordination in service. We had to wait a while for our order to be taken and some dishes arrived late.

That being said, we highly recommend the Marconi restaurant for the exceptional quality of its cuisine, its warm and elegant ambiance, as well as its excellent choice of wine. If the establishment can improve coordination and attention to customers, it could make the dining experience even more enjoyable for all diners.

TESTED ON THE MENU: 1. asparagus, ear, smoked herring vinaigrette 2. pastured beef tartare, wild herbs and chips 2. Nordic shrimp toast, cucumber, aioli, crab butter 3. oyster mushrooms and shitaki, poached egg, butter hazelnut 4. ricotta gnocchi, wild garlic, fiddlehead, parmesan and bread.
